Our sparring classes are split up into two sections and suitable for all levels.
The first section will be specific sparring. All levels are welcome to attend this section including new starters. We will focus the sparring on the position we have been looking at during the BJJ Mixed class. If you are a beginner, it is advisable that you attend the BJJ mixed class prior to attending the BJJ sparring class so that you have an understanding of the specific sparring rounds.
The second section will be open sparring rounds. We advise that you only stay for this section once you have a better understanding of what you are doing. If you are a complete beginner we suggest that you wait until you have a better understanding of the overall ruleset. This should take no longer than a month of consistent training.
